Hi!
I’m Georgie, a mum of two and lover of all things food, nutrition and health. I am a registered Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for women’s health and reproductive health from preconception through to postpartum.
I also have a particular interest in mental health support, given that stress, anxiety and mood disorders can impact our hormonal (and overall) health in so many ways.
Blossoming Health Nutrition was created to help women understand they have the power to make simple dietary and lifestyle changes that can dramatically improve their overall health and wellbeing.
By taking a detailed health, symptom and dietary history and ordering a variety a pathology tests, we can get to the root cause of your issues and create a personalised treatment plan to optimise your health and that of your family.
