Hi!
I’m Georgie, a mum of two and lover of all things food, nutrition and health. I am a registered Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for women’s health, particularly supporting mothers during the postnatal and breastfeeding stages and into perimenopause. Having also completed a psychology degree many years ago (though I am not a psychologist), my area of interest extends into mental health and nervous system support which can have major health implications and impact quality of life during the mothering journey.
Blossoming Health Nutrition was created to help women understand they have the power to make simple dietary and lifestyle changes that can dramatically improve not only their physical and mental health, but that of their children and family.
By taking a detailed health, dietary and lifestyle history and ordering a variety of functional testing (if needed), I can help you get to the root cause of your issues and create a personalised treatment plan to optimise your health.
