Hi, I’m Georgie,

I’m a mum of two and a Clinical Nutritionist, passionate about supporting women’s hormone health, mental wellbeing and digestive health through every stage of motherhood.

I help women navigate the physical and emotional changes that can come with motherhood - from postpartum recovery and nutritional depletion through to hormone imbalances, mood changes, low energy, bloating and stress. My focus is on helping you feel more energised, balanced and supported in both body and mind.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with counselling-informed support, meaning we not only focus on what to eat, but also the emotional, behavioural and lifestyle factors that shape your health and habits. This allows for a more compassionate, realistic and sustainable way of creating change.

Through detailed consultations, and functional testing where appropriate, we explore the potential root causes of your symptoms and create a tailored plan designed to support your unique needs and real life situation.
